What you will need for your next claim
We know that you probably know this already – after all, we have already looked after you through at least one refund process but we always aim to make life easy for our clients. So, if you have already started your current claim with us or you have had our reminder and you are about to get started on it, this is the information that we will need from you.
Your annual income information – you should be able to find this on your payslips for this tax year, your annual pay statement or subcontractor statement or your yearly P60.
All of your work locations for the year – this may already be detailed in your logbook but don’t be concerned if you haven’t, a list from you will do.
Expense receipts – whatever expenses you are claiming for, we will need the records or receipts which relate to them, whether for your transport expenses, food, accommodation, tools, business costs – whatever you are claiming as an expense.

What you need to do with that information
Basically, you need to get it to us so we can calculate your next rebate. You can either email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or pop it in the post to us – but make sure that you write your reference number or name and postcode on to all the information that you send us so that we know who it belongs to.
