This service is only for general queries about HMRC’s online services or for technical difficulties while using HMRC’s online service.
  • Potentially fraudulent HMRC emails: if you have received an email from HMRC and you don’t know if it is genuine or not, you can forward it to phishing@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk You can forward suspicious texts to 60599. If HMRC need to contact you as a result of your forwarded email or text, they will do so by post or phone.
